Dental Billing
The amount of work to send claims, post EOB's, appeal denied claims, and keep your over ninety days insurance accounts receivables at a minimum is variable depending on how many patients your service monthly. The fee for my services is variable depending on the collections of that month. The following payment schedule applies for all single locations offices. To also allow you to have more flexible time I am offering dental insurance verifications on all PPO plans.

If the office's collections are under $39,000/month, the fee for this service is $500/month
Includes:
- EOB's Posted Daily
- Insurance Aging report focused
- Review ALL denied claims
- Verify Procedures that are NOT sent
- Primary & Secondary claims submitted daily
- Missing information is gathered
- Weekly & Monthly Accountability reports
- Following up weekly w/ pending claims
- Mailing out claims

Medium Practice
If the office's collections are between $40,000/month and $79,000/month, the fee for this service is 2.5% of the total collections.

- Insurance Aging report focused
- Review ALL denied claims
- Verify Procedures that are NOT sent
- Primary & Secondary claims submitted daily
- Missing information is gathered
- Weekly & Monthly Accountability reports
- Following up weekly w/ pending claims

Large Practice
If the office's collections are between $80,000/month and $150,000/month, the fee for this service is 3% of the total collections.
